Allison Young, MBA has been with AIO Financial since 2025. She was born and raised on Long Island, New York. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Buffalo she worked in education and non-profits for several years before serving as Peace Corps volunteer in Africa. Upon her return to the US, Allison attended Indiana University where she completed an MBA at the Kelley School of Business and a MPA at the School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
She worked as a business and marketing consultant to multiple Fortune 500 companies before relocating to Hamburg, Germany. She continues to reside their with her family. She has volunteered with the needy and youth in Hamburg, ran the first Hamburg Girl Scout troop from 2020-2023 and serves on the board of the American Women’s Club of Hamburg
