Privacy Policy — AIO Content Publisher

This policy applies exclusively to “AIO Content Publisher,” an internal automation tool
operated by AIO Financial to publish educational video content on the firm’s official
TikTok account. It does not apply to AIO Financial’s advisory client data, which is
governed by our regulatory Privacy Notice (Reg S-P).
Data this application accesses
– OAuth authorization credentials for AIO Financial’s official TikTok account, used only
to publish content on the firm’s behalf.
– Video content and associated metadata (title, description, thumbnail) produced
internally by the AIO Financial team for publication.
– Technical information returned by the TikTok API to confirm a publication’s status
(container ID, status code, permalink).
Data this application does NOT access
– Client information, investment account data, financial data, or any third-party
personal data unrelated to operating this TikTok account.
– Other TikTok users’ data beyond what is publicly available via the API to confirm the
outcome of a publication.
Use and retention
Authorization data is stored encrypted in our private automation infrastructure (n8n) and
used solely for the purpose described. It is not shared with third parties other than
TikTok/ByteDance under their own API terms. Access tokens can be revoked at any time from
TikTok account settings.
Terms of Service — AIO Content Publisher
1. Description
“AIO Content Publisher” is an internal automation tool built and operated by AIO
Financial. It publishes educational video content to AIO Financial’s own official
TikTok account via the TikTok Content Posting API. It is not offered as a service to
third parties and is not available for use by any account other than AIO Financial’s.
2. Acceptable Use
This tool is used solely to publish content created and owned by AIO Financial. It does
not post on behalf of, or access data belonging to, any other TikTok account or user.
Use of this tool is subject to TikTok’s own Developer Terms of Service and Community
Guidelines, which govern the underlying platform.
3. No Warranty
This tool is provided for AIO Financial’s internal use on an “as is” basis. AIO
Financial makes no warranty regarding the availability, accuracy, or continuity of the
TikTok API or the TikTok platform, which are outside its control.
4. Access and Termination
AIO Financial may revoke or modify this tool’s access to its TikTok account at any time
through TikTok account settings. Doing so does not affect content already published.
5. Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in functionality or in
TikTok’s own API requirements. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent
revision.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
